It is not YOUR JOB as a customer to know OUR PART NUMBER! Too often, the first question asked by a catalog house type of supplier is "What is the part number?" If you don't have a part number WE look it up FOR YOU. We KNOW what we carry and make it easy for you to buy from us. Just call, email or fax. If your description isn't enough, we will contact you to make sure you're getting the right thing!
Once your shipment leaves our facility, you will be notified by email of your UPS tracking number.
All standard parts can be returned within 30 days for a replacement or full credit.
Special order parts such as wire marking or wire harnesses made to your specifications may not be cancellable or returnable. In most cases where special manufactured assemblies are being provided, a "first article" sample is sent for our customer's approval.
